License & Usage

When purchasing a digital product from SCode Studios through our Tebex store, you are acquiring a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself. Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the software or digital asset under the registered account that made the transaction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Modifying, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the product in any form.
  • Sharing, distributing, or making the product publicly available.
  • Selling, reselling, or transferring the product to third parties.

Failure to comply with these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your license, and where applicable, a report to Cfx.re that may lead to an account suspension or ban.

Payment Processing & Tebex Terms

All payments, order fulfillment, and billing support are managed by Tebex Limited. By completing a transaction through our store, you agree to abide by the terms and policies set by Tebex, including their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Refund & Chargeback Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

By making a purchase from SCode Studios, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • There are absolutely no refunds available for any purchased products.
  • All purchases are non-refundable, even if the product does not meet your expectations.
  • Technical issues, compatibility problems, or any other issues with the product are not valid grounds for a refund.
  • Refunds are not accepted for discounted and ESCROW products under any circumstances.

Support & Customer Assistance

Support is provided exclusively to verified customers who have purchased directly from our official Tebex store. Assistance is available primarily through Discord, with alternative support via email (see our support page for details).

To access support:

  • You must have the "Customer" role in our Discord server.
  • If you did not log in via Discord during purchase, use the /claim command in the designated role-claim channel or open a support ticket.

Updates & Policy Changes

SCode Studios reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to all transactions. It is your responsibility to stay informed by reviewing our latest policies available on our website or Discord server.
